Full Name(s), Date of Event, Start/Finish Times, Occasion, Contact #, Event Address, Type of Music you would like and if you are adding lighting/fog .
Please include the package from the "Pricing" page you would like.  Deposits are made on the "Pricing" page or in person once we both agree to book.
